1. Yambani uvuni ku madigiri 220. Odzola mafuta a maolivi ndi mawonekedwe khumi ndi awiri ndikuika pambali. Mu mbale yaing'ono, phatikiza ufa, ufa wa chimanga, shuga, ufa wophika, mchere ndi soda. 2. Pangani groove pakati pa ufa osakaniza. Onjezerani dzira, buttermilk, kusungunuka batala, chimanga ndi anyezi akanadulidwa. Onetsetsani mpaka kugwirizana kofanana kumapezeka. 3. Kenaka yikani zitsamba za Cheddar ndipo muzisakaniza bwino. 4. Sakanizani mtanda wa chimanga mu okonzeka mu mufini nkhungu. Lolani kuti muzizizira mu mawonekedwe a mphindi zowerengeka, kenako muchotseni mu nkhungu ndikulola kuti muzizizira bwinobwino. Tumikirani maffineti ndi batala wosungunuka.
