Mazira aphwanyidwa mu mbale, mchere ndi mphanda, osamenyedwa, kuti yolk ndi mapuloteni zisakanike. Kusungunuka batala ndi kuwonjezera pa mazira omenyedwa. Thirani chifukwa cha misa mu mkangano wokazinga poto. Timaphika omelette pa moto wochepa. Musati muchite chirichonse - ingoyang'anani kuti musatenthe :) Timaphika ndendende mpaka mphindi yomwe omelette imasiya kukhala madzi pamwamba.
