Saladi yothandiza Palibenso zosakaniza zomwe zapatsidwa kutentha mu saladi, choncho, mavitamini onse ndi zakudya zimasungidwa mmenemo momwe zingathere. Mu anthu saladi imeneyi nthawi zina imatchedwa kupukuta magazi. Ngakhale kuti ali ndi beets yaiwisi, zowonjezera zina zonse zimachepetsanso ndikusintha kukoma kwake, ndikupanga zogwiritsira ntchito masamba osakaniza. Saladi iyi ikhoza kuphikidwa nthawi yonse pomwe pali kusowa kwa mavitamini. Gwiritsani ntchito monga chakudya chodziimira, komanso ngati mbale yotsalira kuti mukhale ndi mbatata. Kuti muwone kukoma kwake, muyenera kukonzekera ndi kulawa.

- Garlic 3 mankhwala
- Mpendadzuwa woyengedwa mafuta a mpendadzuwa 3 tbsp. l.
- Mchere 1 uzitsine
- Kusungidwa nkhaka 1 pc.
- Khwerero 1 Kuti mukonzekere saladi, tengani kachilombo katsopano ka beet, kaloti watsopano, sauerkraut, kuzizira nkhaka, adyo, mafuta a masamba ndi mchere.
- Khwerero 2 Sungani beet ndikuyikeni pa grater kukonzekera kaloti ku Korea.
- 3 Kaloti azitsuka ndikupaka pa grater.
- 4 Finyani kabichi kuchokera ku brine ndikuziwaza mophweka.
- Khwerero 5 Tsitsani adyo cloves ku chipolopolo chouma, finely kuwaza ndikupera ndi mchere mu gruel.
- Khwerero 6 Dulani mchere wa mchere mpaka magawo anayi, kenako mudule gawo limodzi lokha.
- Gawo 7 Sakanizani beets, kabichi, kaloti, nkhaka ndi adyo.
- Mbewu 8 Zadzaza ndi mafuta a masamba, kusakaniza ndi kuyika kwa ora limodzi mufiriji.
