- Madzi a mandimu 1 tbsp. l.
- Mchere 0,3 tsp.
- Tsabola wakuda pansi 2 uzitsine
- Khwerero 1 Kuti tikonze saladi, timafuna masamba a saladi, mapepala oyamwa bwino, nkhaka zatsopano, azitona popanda maenje, tchizi. Kuti mupange mafuta, mudzafunika mafuta a maolivi, mandimu, mchere ndi tsabola wakuda.
- Gawo 2 Kapepala koyeretsa, chotsani mwalawo ndi kudula thupi la mwana wosabadwayo ndi tsaya lakuda, labwino, lautali. Pukutani pang'ono pepala lamadzi ndi madzi a mandimu kuti musunge mtundu.
- Gawo 3 Brunzu amadula ana ang'onoang'ono kapena cubes.
